Art Grueneberger has 28 years training experience with the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller, Instructor, Supervisor, and Manager. He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento. Since 1999. Art has been a consultant and web master/developer for a contractor at NASA Ames, Moffett Field, CA and for the Jamaican Civil Aviation Authority, as well as several businesses in the Sacramento Area. Since 1997, Art has taught at American River College, he teaches computer skills which include Windows Applications, Adobe Acrobat and Web Page Design.
