Emily,
I like how you refer to the play and the poem being base on dreams. That is what I wrote as well. Hughes and Hansberry have such strong feelings about dreams that their own emotions show in their writing. Money seems like it makes the world go round, but in reality it is love and trust. Many people get so caught up in the moment that they forget about the present. The Youngers are the perfect example. They looked forward to the money and what they would spend it on. Good Luck in the rest of the semester.
