I agree that both the poem and the play are about dreams that eventually dry up. I especially agreed when you stated that "Dreams are what individuals are made of." This is very true, and thats what makes it harder for people when they realize that maybe their dream is no longer attainable. That's probably why Walter felt so lost when he realized his dream was stolen from him. But like you said, it's about "keeping up the faith." Walter finally found the man in him when he decided not to sell back the house Mama had bought.
