There are two
ways to
contact
our Los
Rios
eLearning Help Desk -- by
phone, by live chat or by

The system will direct your call to the
first available Help Desk staff member.
- The Help Desk is now staffed 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week.
- To get help through "live chat" with
the Help Desk staff.
- To submit a ticket and get an answer by email.

To facilitate a prompt
solution to your problem, please be sure your message includes the
following information.

your full name as a
registered student and your Los Rios Blackboard login name,

your instructor's
name,
-
the name of the class in
which you are enrolled,

the details of the
difficulty you are experiencing using Los Rios eLearning
Blackboard,
-
your computer operating
system (Windows XP, 2000, Me, etc. or Macintosh ...), and
-
the web browser you are
using to access the class (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.).
There is also a Student Manual for using Blackboard which is located on the
Tools menu inside each course. This is a generic manual produced by
Blackboard and does not have specific information about our server but does have
general information about using the features of Blackboard.
