1. Look at your 'All Daily Reports' sheet.
   In the section entitled, 'Bar Graph Report', look at the the following columns:
  'Value' (tells you how many Calories you consumed /averaged over 3 days) and
   'DRI Goal' (tells you how many Calories are recommended for you need based
   on your height, weight, gender, age, etc.).
 
   Write the number of Calories that were recommended for you.
   Write the number of Calories that you consumed/averaged over 3 days.  (1 pts)

2. Based on the answers to Question 1, would you expect to gain, lose, or

    and fat?

6. Based on the information from Question 5, answer the following questions in the
   spaces below. (5 pts.)

a) From which category of CHOs do the majority of your CHOs come?

b) From which category do the second highest source of CHOs come?

c) According to current recommendations, which type of CHO should be
    predominant in your diet?

d) Is your diet in accordance with the current recommendations for CHOs?
    Explain.


e) Which CHO-containing foods could you consume more of or less of to meet the
   recommendations? Be specific in listing foods.



7. Complete the following table. Look at your 'Spreadsheet Reports' for days 1, 2,
   and 3.
   List the 10 foods with the highest totoal fiber content, in order, from greatest
   to least amount of fiber. (There are 3 columns for fiber. The first is total fiber
   in the food; the second column is soluble fiber; and the third column is
   insoluble fiber.
   Include the amount of each food eaten and the total amount of fiber for each
   food item.
   (It’s okay to list a food item multiple times if it’s among the ten items with
   the most fiber.) (5 pts)
