Michael, so Mrs. Hale notices the mess but does it bother her? Mrs. Hale hates to leave work unfinished and her attitude brings a sense of fulfillment for her in her life. The opening scenes are very different from each other, which did you enjoy? I liked how descriptive "A Jury of Her Peers" was over Trifles. In your last sentence are you talking about Mrs. Hale's kitchen or the farmhouse of Mr. Wright as a "more visual representation of leaving unfinished work around"?? I was a little confused.
