I noticed that the play did pay less attention to Martha’s pet peeve of leaving things half done. I was kind of waiting for some sort of punch line for them to say something about it or some kind of gesture because I read the drama first before listening to the audio, but there was none. I guess it may have been taken out because it may be of little significance to the listeners. However, it did not sway me either way to believe it made a difference in her life. But at the same time, the story portrayed her as someone with a happy and clutter free home and may be that was the reason for that in the story. I agree with you on that and I started wondering if it changed her credibility with the audio version not making any reference about her “get everything done once habit”.
