2.  How does this compare with the recommendation to consume 10-35% of total
     kcals from protein?  (1 pt.)




3.  Look at your "Bar Graph Report" section of "All Daily Reports". The 'Value' column
    represents how much you consumed; the "DRI" column represents what's
    recommended.
    How many grams of protein did you consume?

5.  The recommendation for Americans is that we eat no more than twice your DRI
