
This course offers an in-depth study of
the essential nutrients and how they function in the human body. The
relationship between food/nutrition and disease prevention/health
promotion will be studied. Current topics in nutrition will be
addressed.
For students enrolled in the Nutrition 300 Online course:
1) Orientation to this online course will be held online during
the first week of the
semester. This online orientation will be
available beginning at 10 a.m. on Sunday,
January 17.
