Mineral Analysis (30   points)

Instructions:
      
Use your NUTRITION CALC Reports to complete the following worksheet.
       *   Your responses must be put inside any charts shown. If you have difficulty
             with copying and pasting the tables, create new ones.
       *   Minus 10 points for not following the instructions.

1) Use your NUTRITION CALC Reports to fill in the following chart.
    From your 'Bar Graph Report' , fill in the following columns:
   a) record your actual intake for each mineral
   b) record the DRI for each mineral 
   c) record the percentage of the DRI actually eaten; 
   d) was what you ate more than (+), less than,(-), or equal (=) to your DRI?
   e) For those minerals that were less than the DRI, list 2 specific foods you would
       include in your diet to improve your intake.
   f) Do not list a food more than twice in this table. (11 pts.)

     c) Did you consume any minerals above the DRI? List them.
         What are negative health consequences for each mineral you consumed above the
