Pant Hoots to You!

"Learning is a lifelong journey -- not a destination.";

"The question is not can they reason, nor can they talk, but can they suffer?"
   -- Jeremy Bentham, 1823

Interests
Mother of two grown sons; one graduated from UCSD in Evolution, Behavior, and Ecology; one is a Freshman in engineering at Princeton University.

Travel is a high priority:  have traveled to Australia, Africa (4 times), Europe, Mexico, South America, Belize, Nepal, and Hawaii.  I have led travel/study programs to Kenya, Tanzania, and Alaska.

I love primates and my fantasy trip is to travel to all areas where primates live, especially Madagascar!

My husband and I dream of one day retiring to Santa Fe, New Mexico, because we love the high desert country and the cultural opportunities in the area.
