You made it! I hope this site helps make your experience in my course a bit more enlightening and enjoyable. These pages include several important resources.

Course Syllabus: I have made our course syllabus available on this page in case you misplace your hard copy handed out in class. I will also be updating the syllabus as we go along throughout the semester so make sure you check for changes regularly.

Articles: As stated in the syllabus, you will responsible for 6 quizzes and 5 article assignments in the course on a variety of topics. It is required that you download the articles and print them out (or you can read them off the screen if you prefer). You will need the Adobe Reader to open the files. If you do not have a copy of the program, you may download it here (Adobe Reader). If you are having trouble with this, please see me immediately for assistance.

Essay Questions: Here you will find the essay questions you will need for exams. Print a copy and keep it with your notes in order  to refer to during lecture.

Links: This section includes resources pertaining to the field. Feel

The paradox of our age
We have bigger houses, but smaller families; more conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees, but less sense; more knowledge, but less judgment; more experts, but more problems; more medicines, but less healthiness.
We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet our new neighbor.
We build more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but have less communication.
We have become long on quantity, but short on quality.
These are times of fast foods, but slow digestion; tall man, but short character; steep profits, but shallow relationships.
It is a time when there is much in the window, but nothing in the room.
