Woman meditating or doing yogaWelcome to the last learning module this semester!  As you near the end of your whirlwind of a semester you will finish up your journey by exploring the interaction between the mind and the body.  As you know the study of the mind and body dates back to the early philosophers and continues today in the field of health psychology.  In this lesson you will further delve into the mind-body connection as you explore consciousness, sleep, stress, and mental illness as they relate to physical and emotional health.  I hope that you enjoy this learning module - it is full of interesting and helpful information for everybody!
